"Not good, we were mislead into booking directly with Pullman."

Location.

Service, no one answers the front desk Not a proper welcome at check in, gave us wrong room. Waiting almost 2 and half hours. No maps were given, nobody informed us of the beach access. We navigated ourselves through everything. Hot pool burnt my client, it's definitely not 40 degrees. I have photos and also Rhythm took photos of this too. Did not clean our room one day, another day did not change towels and and took my bathrobe. Unauthorised transaction which occurred on Tuesday 26/05 of $700 plus, we checked out on 25/05. I will be reporting all of this to higher authorities. I thought we had a understanding at the time of checkout, I'm very furious of this unauthorised transaction.

The reception staff were wonderful. The pool exceptional. Breakfast buffet quality good. Rooms were a great size and the swim up pool was great for the kids.

The food service. I found the restaurant staff a little rude. The service of food outside brekky was very, very slow. I also found the day menu too limited, in terms of snacks. It wouldā€™ve been great to have other items given how far away town is. Overall, the food service wasnā€™t up to standard for a 5 star hotel.

Itā€™s was grand! I loved the pool it had more private areas which was lovely! Also the room was stunning!

Communication regarding some of the extra things you can have for breakfast could have been clearer. Pool bar needed some more normal drinks.

"Great Place, Very Spacious"

We liked how spacious the room was and all the amenities. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the breakfast. The staff were always helpful and lovely. They also left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift to celebrate our honeymoon which was sweet.

There could have been more amenities in the kitchen and the pool definitely needed a clean, the pool tiles were quite dirty :(
