"Beautiful but tired hotel that desperately needs an upgrade. Very kid friendly."

Beautiful pool with lots of space and kid-friendly areas, while allowing everyone their own personal space. Our room layout suited our young family perfectly and the rooftop deck was a great place for them to run but also be safely contained.

Rooms generally dirty - eg couch and dining room upholstery needs a deep clean, rusty plumbing. Multiple small mechanical issues or broken parts - front door sticky and needed to hip and shoulder it open, part of the spa bath broken with sharp exposed plastic a danger to kids, decking loose around spa bath, rusty guttering leaking/dripping onto balcony, fridge seal broken and constant water leak from fridge

I would have liked cream with my pan cakes, I don’t ask for it when not on the buffet
