Staff were lovely.

When they have weddings they have the DJ outside. I found the music awfully loud. Its not good when you dont feel well. Music should be indoors. Also I found out that not all rooms are looked after by Pullman. The room below me was smoking and it would come into mu room. The staff tried to get them to stop but they disappeared! Also when you order room service the food should be covered. Mine wasn’t!!
