When we first checked in it would have been nice to be meeted and greeted with a smile, a young girl had taken our booking referance and she seemed very grumpy for a 4.5 -5 star hotel, the other staff were excellent

Amazing breakfast, lovely spa, beautiful beach and pool area. Great facilities and environs.

Very expensive in comparison to other hotels. Given the expense, it was ridiculous that we were asked for a 200 TBT deposit for a second key, given 4 bottles of drinking water but signage advising charge for drinking more than 2, charge if makeup was on the towels, etc. This seems very unnecessary and petty given the expense of the rooms. I have never seen this anywhere else in Thailand. Why not just provide makeup wipes?

Inte prisvärt. Av alla boenden vi hade i Khao Lak var detta både det dyraste och det sämsta. Rummet var visserligen fräscht, men låg långt från stranden – cirka 400 meter bort i en fristående byggnad som mer liknade en barack än ett hotellboende. Det påverkade helhetsupplevelsen negativt. Dessutom fungerade inte AC:n i barnrummet, något vi inte informerades om vid ankomst. Personalen i receptionen var tyvärr mycket ohjälpsam. När vi frågade när problemet skulle åtgärdas fick vi ett vagt svar om att det skulle ske “om några dagar”, utan någon som helst förståelse för att vi valt hotellet just för barnrummet. Tre dagar senare fick vi besked om att rummet var öppet igen, men då hade ingenting åtgärdats – AC:n var fortfarande trasig och rummet var outhärdligt varmt. Om man har tur och slipper problem, inte behöver ha kontakt med receptionen och får ett rum närmare stranden, kan vistelsen säkert vara trevlig. För vår del blir det dock både första och sista besöket.

Great choice for all tastes and right in front of the beach. Always plenty of space so could sit by the pool or overlooking the sea or indoors if preferred. Egg station was good but not the fried eggs as mostly cold or under cooked.

Please change you butter supplier.....so difficult to open :) Also on most days some of the food was cold such as the beans, bacon and fried eggs, they need to be topped up more often and quite a lot of people were leaving them on their plates so a shame to waste food.

Location was beautiful. Sunsets amazing from beach restaurant. Food was fantastic and staff were always ready to help with a smile.

It is a very nice hotel. Clean nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffe with the restaurant by the beach. Close walking distance to marker and shops.

Beautiful location on the beach. Staff were excellent, rooms immaculate and nothing was any trouble, everyone was extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent and a great selection of food on offer. Entertainment provided especially Joy & Coco was fabulous. The Room we had was set back so not too noisy but close enough to join in . The hotel was excellent value for money and would highly recommend it for a stay in Khoa lak and just five minutes walk into the hub. Also we did a trip with the hotel which was exceptionally organised .Thanks for an amazing holiday, we will come back . Trainee called AE , think arron, he was so helpful when checking in and out. Five stars to him.
