Amazing Hotel. The location, staff & food were amazing. We WILL be back!

Great hotel with a lovely restaurant right on the beach. The swim up room and bars were perfect. The staff are all really friendly and are eager to make your stay more comfortable. The area is also nice and the locals are really friendly too. It’s very family friendly and safe. The con to this pleasant stay was that they took our all inclusive off us on the last day even though we didn’t check out until 3 they claimed it was per night. The room service isn’t included either or the mini bar. The swim up bar was not manned a lot of times also, meaning we could always get drinks when we wanted to. So the all inclusive isn’t really what’s advertised.

Stop number 4 on our Trailfinders tour of Thailand! 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭 Loved the room (9134)- big comfy bed, great shower & fridge with freezer. On arrival my wife picked up a slight musty smell which got worse with the aircon on- not unbearable but definitely noticeable even to myself with a bad sense of smell. Having had no issues with plugs and power points (even in the jungle at Elephant Hills) the only double prong working socket was the one by the fridge. The mosquito diffuser plug point would not fit in any socket. TV was great with a good choice of programmes & housekeeping did excellent makeover every day. Small but good sized balcony with early morning sunshine ideal for drying swimming costumes etc. We had breakfast every day and ate out in the evening (Loma & Thai Basil very good plus Lan La Bar for drinks) Excellent breakfast selection especially the sushi which I loved. Occasional irritation when at breakfast from small flies but it's all open plan so to be expected. Pool and beach front sun loungers were great and you can reserve for an hour with your hotel towel. All the staff were very polite and helpful especially Chom who made contact with our next hotel as we had no advance notice of pick up time. Really enjoyed our stay here especially the local area and Bang Niang Market but the slight smell (would have requested room change if there longer than 3 days) and plug sockets stopped me giving it 5 stars (4.5!!) Thank you

Everything is great. This is the best hotel on Khao Lak. Excellent cuisine, the best staff. The hotel is right on the seashore.

La Flora is ideally situated right on the beach, it has an excellent infinity pool that wraps around the property and encompasses the submersed pool bar There is a floating pier for ease of access to the boats and catamarans for the various cruises and day trips offered The staff are very friendly and attentive no tasks is to large or to small for them. On site restaurant provides good quality food with a wide variety of dishes to suite all Tastes and cultures. The hotel is conveniently close to the shops and local restaurants and cafes to taste the delights of Thailand Including an excellent coffee shop shop off premise that belongs to hotel We took advantage of the 3 day wellness programs offers at the La Vita Sana again staff where thoroughly professional, friendly and experienced in individuals needs Note this is included in certain packages offered by the hotel. We fully recommend this property

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was really nice and friendly, always welcoming us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and contain a large variety of options. Unfortunately the kids pool area was closed due to maintenance for several days in a row and there was no aircondition in the inside kids playground area.

We had an unplanned extended stay but there are definitely worse places to be stranded! We had a first floor poolside room which was lovely and spacious and well laid out with a huge comfy bed. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach was beautiful. The sunbeds were a little close together but it wasn't problematic for us. Pool area and infinity pool were absolutely stunning. We usually do adults only and were a bit concerned about previous comments about lots of children, but it was absolutely fine. We ate there a couple of times, including the lobster buffet and fire show and weren't disappointed. It's a bit more pricey than going out, but you'd expect that. Staff were all lovely, but particular mention to Meow at the beach restaurant, June who looked after our room, and Suzy and Palm on reception, who were great with our ongoing room extensions. We'd definitely return.
