Sheraton Rockville Hotel

The facility was clean and comforting. The provision of basic supplies in the lobby is awesome.

Breakfast was included in my booking, but I was denied the service. The refusal of the hotel staff to allow me to have breakfast was subsequently discovered and communicated to me at checkout. I've not been compensated for the service that was denied, even though it was fully paid for and included in my booking.

Overall our stay was very good. clean, centrally lacated and friendly staff.

Parking was full, and we were charged for it even though we were never told there would be a parking fee.

Lock door lock wasn’t working, bed linen was filthy. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Moved to another room, door lock was not working.

The hotel and property look nice.

The elevator drops every time it stops. It does this just a little too much than normal. Our room was overrun with ants and their fix was to put a bait trap in it. We couldn’t change rooms because the property was booked.

The location is great

One of the worst things about being in this hotel and particularly in my room is that the bathroom door has no locks from inside and my kids just open it and make hard even to go to the bathroom and to take a shower . Breakfast has no variety for kids and adults very low quality food.
