The location, room, cleanliness, and breakfast were all fine.

I didn't like the senior manager not letting me park there. I had been parking there for several years. After driving 14 hours he throws my wife a card of another business place to park my truck. I'll stop on this.

I didn't eat the food offered. The staff handling the shuttles did a great job and kept us abreast of the traffic situation from the accident.

Better front desk staff around 9pm. When I my fanily and I arrived at the airport from Chicago looking for a shuttle. She hung up on my twice before I could finish asking my questions to get assistance with getting to hotel. When I called back, the phone repeatedly picked up and put my call back into cue. This was not a great welcome for anyone unfamiliar to the area, the site stated airport shuttle Instead of assistance for a family of ten, I got "I have been here since 2018 and we nevered offered air port shuttle," instead of assistance. The next morning I see vans lined up for cruise shuttle stating "airport shuttle" as well. The other issue is that the water in the tubs drained very slow, resulting standing water in the tub with hair and blue pieces of paper in it. After seeing that the rest of us decided on showering once we got on the cruise ship. The unprofessional response I received prior resulted in me choosing not to have a repeated experience with your front desk staff.
