Breakfast was poor. Hotel is looking run down. Price was excessively high for the location.

As is often the case, the pictures of the hotel do not always match up to the reality. Though ultimately we booked this place for its location near the port rather than anything else as we were cruising the next day (and it is also right next door to Budget to where we were returning our hire car). We could actually see our ship out of the window. Only problem being a very busy road was between us and the port, and bizarrely there is no footpath to walk from the hotel to the port. The hoteldo run a shuttle although that was somewhat chaotically organised and a little stressful for us waiting several hours to be taken to our ship that ll the time we could see in the distance. But we made it so I guess we stayed at the right place. Just do not eat the breakfast, I stuck to coffee and pastries.

Check in was easy. Our room was not as expected, but the staff was able to accommodate us and they were very pleasant. close to restaurants and ships.

Close to the port. Room to walk around to get steps in.
