Very easy to arrange transportation to the Cruise I was travelling on the following day.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the cruise line .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Did not eat breakfast but the room was excellent

I was told leaving your car and going to the port was $69. For the whole 4 days I was there. Hotel stay plus that was suppose to be $278. They charge me $300 and change. Which I did not understand. Did not look at my statement till I left. The price was not the price I was suppose to pay.

We did not have a positive experience with this property. The customer service was generally poor; however, the second clerk we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the property did not match the photos advertised online, and the reviews do not appear to accurately reflect the actual conditions.

Unfortunately, we requested a refund due to the hotel not meeting our expectations for cleanliness. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, the showers had significant buildup, the couches were heavily stained, and there were roaches present. The first clerk we spoke with was not very receptive to our concerns; however, the second clerk was extremely courteous and helpful. We ultimately requested a refund and are still waiting for it to be processed.

The location to Port Canaveral, parking for the duration of the cruise, shuttle to and from terminal. The driver bringing us back from the cruise was awesome. The staff were super helpful and informative. They provide a complimentary breakfast, my only suggestion would be more hot food.
