Beso Del Sol Resort

Property made a great come back after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Have stayed here many times. This unit basically had to closest - just a vast with hangers in a cabinet. And a dorm size refrigerator. Whereas all other units we have stayed in had a real closet and fill sized refrigerator.

Although the hotel is a little dated, We were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful view and pleasant staff. We will stay there again. (Wife joined me on a business trip)

Nice place on the beach. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, very pleasantly surprised. Close to downtown Dunedin. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only compliant no shelves in the shower, but can overlook that. We were pleased overall.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Live local, and like to get away sometimes and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel… ocean view was beautiful!! Very clean, very nice room I honestly didn’t to leave lol I ended up staying another day that’s how much I enjoyed my stay there. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh, everyone who worked there, went above and beyond and were very nice!! Thank you so much for a nice little get away.

We had a water view room with a front row seat to the best sunsets on Florida's West coast. It was only a few minutes from downtown Dunedin, which is our favorite town in FL. The only blemish was the intermittent Internet Wi-Fi. We'll definitely stay there again!

The property was clean and location was nice, can't beat being on the water. The check in process could use some tweaking and communication back from the property would've been nice rather than me having to do the follow up. Leaving the room key cards in an envelope, In a basket at the front of the property with the door wide open doesn't seem safe. The hot water for our shower was turned off for some reason, not a good start to your day. I did however find the hot water valve under the kitchen sink to turn it on, so the second shower was nice. Not bashing the property at all just could use some work.
