Great location, restaurant great and parking onsite :)

No lift and room was quite a trek with luggage. Bathroom could do with an up but adequate

The location was secure / gated Modern restaurant / bar Tasty food Friendly staff The mattress was firm and comfortable Good shower and essentials

The bedroom window didn't securely lock There was no Aircon in the room The fan was very noisy

Friendly staff in all areas off hotel. Room spotlessly clean as all hotel too. Food was of a high standard with great service. Enjoyed the pool was very nice to have a relaxing space.

Room sizes and breakfast was great

Our room had a dirty towel in it and shower was dirty as if someone blew there nose on the wall

The location was good and looked lovely from the outside.

The bed was hard, no air con so had to have noisey fan on all night, veggie sausages were hard, ran out of fruit and wasn’t replenished.

The food and bar

There was no air con, the room was awfully hot, the window kept closing on itself with a tiny gap so no air flow. pillows were hard, no proper sleep for two nights when i asked for different pillows the managed flicked her eyes up. - very rude rip in net curtain coffee & team facilities are dire/i do not drink fake freeze dried coffee so disappointing - i paid over £200 per night per room, overpriced

Very helpful staff, good onsite plentiful parking. Restaurant 55 was beautifully designed and great food and service.

Room was very hot and window was limited in opening as on ground floor.
