Lots of door slamming from 5am all through the day to 2am Children staying with no guidance running around everywhere knocking over my mother. Rooms need air con , toilet brush, limited coffee in the rooms Meals are costly and small portions of pasta Lots of people staying for conferences so not a good place for individuals

The bar looked good.

The continual loud slamming of doors from 6.30am. The loud noise of adults and children screaming in the corridor outside our room. The pillows were too thick and the room too hot as the fan didn't work very well and there was no air conditioning.

The lady who greeted me on arrival was extremely warm and friendly.

All of the doors slam so I had a terrible night's sleep - defeated the whole object of staying over for work. There were children and teenagers running all around the hotel from the moment I got there and in to the night I could hear them up and down the corridors. I assumed there should be some kind of night manager or security asking people to keep the noise down.

Very clean and staff were lovely and really helpful.

The bed was very firm.
