Burleigh Court Hotel and Leisure

Hotel itself was lovely.

Lack of air conditioning which meant we had little sleep. Staff did move us to a low ground room which was much better. Could not fault the staff, they were amazing. I know the weather is exceptional at the minute and was out of the control of the hotel, but lack of sleep did spoil our stay. This is no reflection on the hotel.

Attentive staff. Great parking facilities. Comfortable bed, great size room and walk in shower.

There was a few cob webs in the corners of the room. We had a meal in the restaurant but unfortunately some of the food was undercooked. Was reported to staff.

The location. Right next to our son’s halls .

No air conditioning. The beds were extremely hard . Very noisy lots of doors slamming. Could hear a sports tournament that was going on , it was very noisy as we had to have the windows open and it started early in the morning. The hot breakfast was cold and they were putting hot food on top of the cold food and mixing them together!! Not much choice in the continental. Lots of dirty tables due to not enough staff !!

Premises looking a bit tired, ie carpet bubbling up in corridor to rooms, no aircon

Lovely atmosphere, couple of great bars with outside area, (complete with very cute family of ducks), very good restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff.

A little out of the way.
