Royal Garden Villas & Spa

Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book a romantic holiday. The rooms are spacious with great facilities. Having a private terrace was a highlight.

We stayed for a week at Easter, with our 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. We chose the Majestic villa and what a great choice, a real home from home with everything you could need. One of the reasons we chose Royal Garden Villas and Spa was that the villas have their own pool and our some wouldn't go in swimming pools, we'll I can confirm that he went in the pool everyday and loved it. We didn't hire a car and just got taxis when we wanted to go out and about and If you don't want to go out of your villa we can thoroughly recommend room service. Maria was absolutely brilliant and all the staff were excellent. We will be returning in October.

- For a similar (if not slightly cheaper) price than a 5 star resort the accommodation is far more spacious and sumptuous. Bespoke ethnic antiques are mixed with tasteful modern furniture and the soft furnishings are delightful. The villas are very roomy, bedrooms are large, beds are excellent, mattresses very comfortable, and there is an outside dipping pool and sitting/lounging areas outside with lovely views out to the ocean - Usually the professional marketing photos do not reflect the actual state of the décor and furnishings; in this case, in spite of being 8 years old, the property has been maintained impeccably. The photos genuinely reflect what you get! - A massive bonus to have a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen area with microwave, hob and oven. There is enough there to cook a few meals to take a break from eating out all the time. Plenty of room in the refrigerator to do a proper shop at the supermarket at the start of the holiday and store fresh food/drinks - Breakfast is excellent and plentiful – 8-11am means a relaxing morning. Spa is lovely, complimentary massages and other treatments were not overly expensive and well executed. Squash court, if you fancy it too. - Staff are abundant, extremely helpful, courteous and happy - Fantastic location on the island, away from the busy Playa las Americas, but only a short drive away if you fancy dinner there or at La Caleta, or anywhere else for that matter. Make sure you rent a car

This was our second visit found the pool to salty this time and I used the spa to find there wasn't a proper massage table had a hot stone massage but got a sore back .the Resturant was not as good as last time the dinner was not that great last time you couldn't keep us out of it this time went only once very disappointed with it. The staff are great and can't do enough to help you also it's very clean and out the way of all the hustle and bustle a great place for couples needs more for children.

we were travelling for two weeks in Portugal and spain this hotel was a definite highlight , we stayed a few other 5 stars and this one was one only one worth the money. The location is ok if if you have a car but not in walking distance of anything. We took the oppourtunity to enjoy a day of rest from sight seeing and spend time on beautiful deck and private pool . we were in Rubi villa on the corner so deck and pool a little larger. the hotel is the beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. We had dinner in the lovely dinning room and food and service were excellent. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast on our travels. We were celebrating a special occasion and our room was specially decorated on our arrival , making us feel very welcome. cant say enough good about this hotel, wish I had of had more time and chance to use the spa. only one small negative comment, bathrobes were very small , made for 5-5 and 150 lb max , The town is about 7 min drive and larger restort area is about a 20 min drive , its about 30 min from south airport. We had a nice view of the ocean in the distance and the night view of the resort area was quite nice. if you are looking for a splurge and a little pampering I would recommend. I would love to go back .

Exceedingly beautiful, a photo op around every corner. Hotel is located away from the crowds, yet is close to everything. Great facilities, friendly and accomodating staff. The private pool with our room was solar heated so not quite as warm as we would have preferred during our stay in March. I'm sure it's fine during Summer months. Chicken ceasar salad was amazing!

A very special place. Amazing accommodation. Amazing views. Very quiet but within a short taxi drive to the beach and other attractions. Perfect service. Good breakfast. We have travelled to many places and this hotel really impressed us! Will be back with no hesitation.

You will not be disappointed picking this hotel. It caters for everything so that your stay is peaceful, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are friendly and happy to tend to your every need. We can't wait to go back

If there is a drawback to this hotel it is that it is so wonderful that is makes you never want to leave and explore Tenerife.

This is a great hotel - very well run - but don't believe all that you read. Royal Garden Villas - no-one royal has ever been there, it hasn't really got a garden and they're not villas. What this is however, is a well run luxury apartment hotel; each of the apartments is well sized and contains pretty much everything you could want. If you're staying at one of the larger 'villas', then you can stop reading now - you'll have a great time. However, if you're staying in one of the one bed room apartments, you need to be aware that there is a major road outside your apartment; buses go past every 30 minutes or so and people on the bus are not shy about looking in to see what you're up to. You'll also have to put up with the plant room a few feet from your head whilst you're sleeping. Restful it's not, but it really is a nice hotel.
