Radisson RED Madrid

Liked the location. It was close the museums.

Out of my 3 day stay at the property they did not have running water on one of them. Did not like how stuff was unbothered by how inconvenient it was for the guests especially when you have a schedule.

Great Stay at Radisson RED Madrid Atocha We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson RED Madrid Atocha. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located, making it an excellent base for exploring Madrid. A special thank you to Kiko at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He took the time to listen carefully to our feedback regarding a room temperature issue and genuinely showed interest in our suggestions for improvement. His positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction made a great impression on us. The staff overall were welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and excellent location near Atocha Station. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

As our first time visiting Madrid, the Radisson RED hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staff/service were very friendly, the hotel decorations were interesting, and the hotel was very quiet. Good A/C and water pressure. A ton of food options, bus stops and subway stations are very close by. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel to stay during their time in Madrid.

Absolut mies ist, dass wir im 3. Stock straßenseitig, nahe einer Disco unser Zimmer hatten, das war nicht zumutbar und eine absolute Katastrophe, vor allem mit den lästigen Nachbarn, die dauernd ihre Türe offen gelassen haben, welche dann Piep-Töne von sich gegeben hat. Wir haben das der Rezeption gemeldet aber es wurde nicht besser in allen drei Nächten… Barservice rooftop ein wenig überfordert, er sagte es gibt keine Cocktails, auf die Frage ob ich ein Paulaner Bier haben kann, sagte er, dass es nur Flaschenbier von Mahou gibt.
