Days Inn by Wyndham Kissimmee West

The never gave me a room but not even let me out the door let me in the door. The hurricane was I was in the rain and the wind standing at the door, asking the guy to open the door, please and he would not. He said he would have no rooms leave.

The bathroom was disgusting. I couldn’t even take a shower. We paid $120 for one night not even one night it was six hours. The person was weird looking in peoples windows. It was a horrible experience 100% would not recommend this place at all.

Worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. They advertise breakfast and coffee and have neither. Roaches, dirty, moldy room with the worst pillow. Avoid unless desperate. It is an embarrassment to the Wyndham brand of hotels. They should have given me hazard points just for staying there.

This was the worst MOTEL I have ever stepped foot in. You can't call this a hotel. The outside is very rough, and the area is definitely not good. The smell hits you first. Doors and lights not working, mold on the ceiling, and all over the bathroom. I ran in to use the rest room before looking at anything and I would not sit on the toilet. Then I pulled the shower curtain and found 4 live roaches running in the tub. Everything was gross, the bed, lamp shades and floor but the smell was over whelming. I did not stay. I found a room for less that was 100x nicer right down the road. Service was awful and they have not given me a refund. Truly AWFUL, very deceptive and unbelievably filthy. There are no photos that represent the actual state of this disgusting place. I would rather sleep outside than in one of those rooms and that is not a joke.

Not bad but needs so upkeep, latch lock on broken, bathroom door wouldn't close

We reserved after my husband arrived to Orlando. The hotel presented in the website is not the same hotel we stay. The outside look was weird with dark colors and the room assigned had the most awful smell that stay in all the clothes in the suticase. The bathroom was not dirty, the tub had hair and stains indicating they have not cleaned in weeks. the counter was dirty and we had one rag for towel to dry. We stay because we were exhausted for a long day. We left early and I told the person at the front desk what a dissapointment and to go check that room. We left angry and feeling dirty. Not recommended at all!!!!

The A/C did not work very well, we had to change rooms due to plumbing issues, the bathrooms were dirty, there is no safety locks/latch on the doors, everything is old and stale smelling, and they do not run the A/C units when the room is not occupied so the rooms smell musty and stale… They advertise breakfast but only have cereal and milk, both of which looked old and stale, nothing hot or even what would be classified as traditional continental. The breakfast area did not look like it was ever used, and for the price of this hotel and the pictures I expected MUCH better, this is at most a $59 per night motel… Also, they advertise being able to pay at the hotel, and this too is false, they will not let you, and also do not follow normal standard Wyndham practices. Also, the pool had dark black spots on the bottom and did not appear to have been cleaned or chlorinated in quite some time…. For the cost of this hotel you could spend $20 more and get a much nicer hotel that also had actual breakfast and was in better shape.

The toilet was running water, the shower knob was not working for hot/cold position.

Very nasty!!! The beds, floor and tub were filthy. Hair and nasty stuff in the beds the floor was black the tub had dirt all in it. There was no cold water for the shower. When the shower was on the sink came on. The air didn't work there didn't have towels thru didn't have a phone to call the office. The pool area was nasty but they had it closed off. We tried 3 different rooms before we decided that we just couldn't stay there. The reviews and pictures online are all lies. I had to threaten to call the health department before they would even try to move us to another room and after deciding we couldn't stay, they wouldn't refund us so that we could go to a new hotel
