Days Inn by Wyndham Kissimmee West

I booked through Expedia, as they don't answer their phones, and I thought Days Inn would be good. The room was okay, but the door handle kept coming off, I was charged cash on top of what I paid through TripAdvisor. I don't recommend it unless you want to pay double and don't mind having to keep fixing the handle. Wyndham was no help, only giving an email address that was never answered, and a phone number that also was never answered. I had one call that was only answered once since I left, only to have them hang up on me. There also was no reminder anywhere as to when checkout was, would not visit again.

Bugs everywhere in the room! Opened the refrigerator and buys tan out. Also buys running on the bed, under the blanket and on pillows. 2 rooms and both were infested!

Hotel muito ruim com pessimas condicoes. Café da manhã sujo e sem nenhuma opção. Banheiro pessimo. Nada condiz com as fotos postadas. Não sei como Hotéis.com tem esse hotel em sua opção para hospedagem.

That was the worst experience that I ever had since I’ve been traveling. To start off, there was no towels in the bathroom, I had to ask the attendant. Second, the bed was very uncomfortable because there was a dent in the middle of the mattress. The room look liked it wasn’t clean and it smelled old. I went down for breakfast at 7:30 and I was greeted with hot water and instant coffee to make coffee, there was no breakfast in sight. I decided to go and see if the pool was open, of course it was closed and filthy. I will not be staying at any Days In again and would not recommend it to anyone. To put it all in a nutshell, it was the worse experience.

Excellent hotel

The stay was good the rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly! The only thing I would like them to improve on is the breakfast when we got there every thing was gone nothing more was put out.the only thing was available was coffee. But overall I give them 5 stars!

Couldn’t even stay there. Nasty room and had to get another hotel immediately. Need my money back please.

Terrible place, can’t even call it hotel. Dirty bathroom, bathtub haven’t been cleaned forever, roaches everywhere. We were afraid to wash our hands and sit on the toilet.

I got my room and when open the door didn’t like the bad smell, then I looked at the bathroom and wasn’t pleasant. I asked for another room and they gave me another one. This one was a little bit better though I didn’t like it at all and didn’t want to ask for another one guessing they were all the same.So I went to Walmart and bought a cleaner spray and germ and odor spray and clean it myself. The bathroom had a bad smell and the curtain had mold like if never was changed. The bedsheets didn’t have a nice clean smell so I bought a new sheets set at Walmart. I don’t want to come back to this hotel. What a bad experience for me and my wife. This people don’t know how to run this business! The brake-fast was poor and the pool dirty.

Terrible. The room smelled of mold, sheets had dirty and blood, no towels.
