Property needs to be cleaned or remoldeled

The property was old!!! Walk in the room, turn on the light switch - no luck, found the light unplugged. Now I wish I never turned on the lights! Toilet paper was coming out of the door peep hole, the security latch was broken off the door, no towels or cups in the room, the TV remote was held together by blue painters tape, mold on the bathroom ceiling, dried up blood next to the ironing board (looks like housekeeping knew about it because the floor was unswept or mopped in weeks). The bathroom floor was also unkept...the tub drain was behind the toilet in a pile of dirt. We received towels that were old and paper thin no wash cloth or hand towels provided. Found 2 live Roachs - ok it's Florida, I'll give them that one! But at a rate of $140 a night prepaid I will never stay at this property again! Breakfast was supposed to be continental - 8am no food was out.

The rooms were not nearly as nice as the profile. There weren’t any towels in the room. Repairs weren’t done the the safety lock on the door, hooks in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns on the tub. They evidently don’t look behind the doors when they clean. When I went down to get towels no one was at the desk. Had to make another trip down Days Inn are definitely not as nice as they once were.

Do not stay here, this place is disgusting. They no had roaches and the covers and towels had stains on them. They didn’t even have breakfast available as promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please, I don't want talk about it no more. Thanks. Do what you need to do to keep people healthy. I can see is all about the money. Customers need to be care for. I was disappointed with what I saw in room.

I’m not sure what his name was, but the room smelled like mold, there was a cockroach in the bathtub that seemingly could not be killed, and a creepy male that began to harass me and my 14 year old daughter upon trying to vacate the room. When I told the receptionist I couldn’t stay there, he said he couldn’t give me a refund because I booked online and gave me $50 this was beyond unprofessional and I will never stay in a Wyndham or days inn ever again, and I will indeed tell all my family and friends about my experience and caution them away from the hell hole that’s in Kissimmee Florida and anywhere in the US, to be frank, TERRIBLE. Do not recommend to anyone. Ever.

The room smelled like mold, broken door locks, stains on furniture and bed. I even had a pink stain in bedsheets so it makes me wonder if they change the bedding. No breakfast like they claim and vending machines are supposedly broken.

The size of the unit was great and the amenities of the kitchenette was great. However, it had a strong odor and was not exactly the cleanest. Fixtures were broken. We actually were afraid to use the bathroom. Good thing the gentlemen working at night was so accommodating to give us extra blankets to cover the sofa for our son who was sleeping on it.
