Days Inn by Wyndham Kissimmee West

Walked in to the room noticed dead bugs on the floor, bathroom was gross no soap ,shower was stained , TV remote was cracked and broken I immediately returned the key and left totally inconvenienced because arrived at 9pm and now had to find another place to stay in an unfamiliar area

The property is terrible. Everything is dirty and there is a dirt on the floor. Bedding was not fresh. There was no water in one of the rooms. We arrived at 11pm and had to cancel our stay (we had a reservation for 5 days) first thing next morning. Property promised full refund but we did not get it yet.

It was absolutely the most disgusting motel/hotel I have ever visited in 65 years! Filthy/stained surfaces & floors, no breakfast as advertised, instant powdered coffee only, no towels, no soap, pillows were simply lumps, indignant staff, limited hot water, stopped up drain in tub/shower, tub/shower surfaces covered with grunge, entry light switch inoperable, all lamps rusted, no hangers, parking lot littered with cigarette butts, only 6 stations on tv and half not in english.

they say they have breakfast. but they dont have. it is unacceptable, fake news.

The whole hotel experience was horrible. They did not have any breakfast, the coffee was cold, the milk container had layers of stain milk around the containers. The room smelt really bad, it smelted musty. The bed sheets had stains on it and mold spots. Majority of the furniture had built up dusk and was broken. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The water pressure from the shower and sink barely came out. The front door barely closed, we had to put a chair behind the door. The front desk individual tried to sell us a room that had a leaking toilet. Which he tried to fix it in-front of us and then claim that it's not that broken we couldn't used the toilet as much. There's no easy access for handicaps.

They said we was Betty pull the property with daily. They do not clean the room. You have to go downstairs and give you the towel it was it was very sad.

Looks nothing like their pictures and most definitely not a place for kids. Arrived with my 7 year old and when we got to our room there was a really bad odor. We walked around a bit and she accidentally touched a cockroach. There was no way we were able to sleep there overnight so we looked for another hotel. I asked for a refund and the front desk guy seemed understanding and said he couldn’t refund me for all 4 nights but he would refund me for 3 and he never did

No towels in the room, lights no working

When I got to my room, none of the lights worked. One lamp was completely broken. Had to switch rooms. The next room I was given was already occupied. Their Free Breakfast was Free...of Food...the worst.

Would never stay there again. Rooms are so nasty whoever cleans those rooms should be ashamed. Property managers fired. Just nasty.
