Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt am Wawel und am Weichsel. Nur 5 min zu Fuß bis Zentrum. Das Personal ist einfach genial, super freundlich und behilflich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Aussicht von der Baar-Terrasse ist einfach phänomenal. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg und den Fluss. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Parkplatz ist recht teuer, aber bei der Lage nachvollziehbar.

Розташування дуже чудове, Можна і погуляти по місту, і відпочити біля річки та неподалік відвідати Старе місто.Готель дуже чистий, внизу з рестораном, спа центром на нижніх поверхах а на даху ресторанчик з гарним краєвидом. Персонал надзвичайно уважний,розуміючий-адміністратор визвав таксі під замовлення на 6:00ранку, пригостив кавою до приїзду таксі(дуже універсальний персонал 24/7).Дякуємо.Будемо рекомендувати друзям.

De locatie was uitmuntend.

Het enige minpunt was de douche, dit was zo een kleinigheid dat we het zelfs niet gemeld hebben bij de receptie.

Fabulous location, good and friendly service, good value, decent and well-cooked food, comfortable rooms, oh, and complementary prosecco!

The menu was a bit limited, although the food was very tasty and well priced. Otherwise everything was great
