Lokalizacja.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Największym problemem jest skrajnie nieprofesjonalna i arogancka obsługa w recepcji. Zamiast pomocy, usłyszałam drwiące uwagi – m.in. że jeśli nie wykupiłam śniadania, to „obok mam Żabkę z hot dogami”.Dodatkowo hotel wprowadza w błąd: taras widokowy, który miał być dostępny dla gości, został zamknięty na prywatną imprezę (Parada Smoków), a wejście na niego było możliwe tylko po wykupieniu kolacji za 200 zł/os. Recepcjonista zamiast przeprosić za brak informacji wcześniej, stwierdził, że „zawaliłam, bo mogłam zadzwonić”. Nikt nie poinstruował nas o zasadach korzystania z sauny ani innych części obiektu.Recepcjonista nie wydał karty do prądu i stwierdził, że nie wzięłam... Widok z okna to bałagan na tyłach budynku („syf”), co przy cenie 770 zł za noc jest słabe. Miło i bez uwag obsługiwani byli goście z Niemiec.

Blisko do Wawelu oraz Bulwaru na którym miała byc parada smokow niestety nikt z obsługi nie umiał wyjaśnić gdzie to dokładnie bedzie .to słabe .

Brak wiedzy personelu o tak ważnym widowisku ,jakim jest parada smokow. Wybór tego hotelu byl właśnie spowodowany aby byc blisko bulwaru. Niesty slaba organizacja wydarzenia i ogólny brak informacji nawet od obsługi która powinna miwć obszeeta wiedzę. Oprócz tego dość niski standard jak za tą cenę
