Vista Vallarta All Suites On The Beach

Suite was ok, what we needed for sleeping. Waited for service at restaurant, finally gave up. Staff friendly, tried to accommodate but amenities not the best.

The landscaping although old was well maintained. The king bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The 3 old and loud AC units kept the rooms cool. The unit was spacious. The large pool was clean.

THE ROCKY BEACH!!! The unit was old and in bad need of fresh paint and a thorough deep cleaning. The kitchen was very limited; only 1 dish towel, no wine opener, etc. The 3 AC units were old and loud. The restaurant food was blah. Could hear significant road noise from the front bedroom which had 2 very small twin beds. Bucerias is not the cute little town it used to be.

The suite was exactly like the pictures, nice, clean and with an awesome view of the ocean. Front desk personnel were very courteous and accommodating. The only downside was the road leading to the hotel and the rocky beach. If you’re planning to take a swim, you’ll need water shoes for sure.

The older unrenovated suites were very dark and dingy. Clean however sinks, showers, we’re less than desirable. Pool area was nice (missing a hot tub from my perspective) and beach access was great even though it is not a good swimming beach.

The location right on the beach was great and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

The first suite we were given was nothing like the pictures posted on this site. It looked like it hadn't been updated in over 30 years. After we complained and threatened to leave, we were moved to a renovated suite similar to those shown on this site.

I loved the location, very private beach, and not too many beach vendors. Our room had a great view, but was showing its age. Very friendly staff, room and facility decently clean. Beautiful grounds. Loved running into Iggy the iguana when we too the back way to the front desk.

My family of 6 (3 generations) stayed 9 nights at Vista Vallarta in March 2023. We absolutely loved our stay! We had a renovated family suite with a terrace overlooking the pool - very spacious, clean and comfortable. I should mention that none of our windows were facing the back of the hotel as some reviews have complained about the traffic noise from that direction. The swimming pool was amazing and many times we had it to ourselves. The beach was beautiful and a leisurely stroll of 20 – 30 minutes took you to the centre of town. The hotel restaurant food was incredible and reasonably priced - no complaints only praise from everyone in my family. I was so happy that my family enjoyed the restaurant food so much as finding an alternative on a nightly basis might have been difficult. I did not notice a lot of restaurants close by and moving around as a group of 6 was difficult by taxi. Incredible staff: wonderful young man (with glasses) who checked us in upon arriving couldn’t have been more helpful, lovely Flor who welcomed us every day at the front desk with a smile and lots of helpful information, Carlos who handled the bar and made the incredible smoothies the grandchildren loved! – excellent English and a great attitude. The other waiter who handled the breakfast restaurant was equally helpful and gracious. I don’t understand the negative reviews? Website photos of the hotel look like what we experienced! Thank you all for giving us a very memorable family vacation!
