Vista Vallarta All Suites On The Beach

Location, right on the beach. Cleanliness of the room and facilities, friendliness of staff. Suite was spacious and quiet.

Lack of amenities in room -- no shampoo and conditioner, no tissues. Beach was rocky and difficult to walk on. Construction on both sides meant lots of noise.

Located next to a noisy highway and also loud construction noise next door. Outward appearance was good. Rooms were clean. Parking easy. Snack bar and poolside bar were good. Pool and views were good, except the pool was not lit two of the nights we were there. Ocean swimming not too appealing with rocky shore. Not crowded at all, especially compared to other beach areas. Our room had issues. Was not able to get even one hot shower in five days - luke warm at best. Reported it daily. Sometimes there was hot water in the kitchen sink. Really bad smell in one bathroom - gaggingly bad - left it unusable. Reported it daily. Location is along a sideroad between highway and beach. the sideroad was in very bad shape with contruction equipment making it worse. Hazardous driving. A good restaurant and a bar within walking distance, but otherwise you have to head to Bucerias or farther for any shopping or dining options. If not for the lack of hot water, noise, and bad smell, would have been 4 stars.

The property is under construction. We couldnt even find the reception desk. There are 3 or 4 new buildings with more modern rooms but our room was in an older building so was quite ‘rustic’. We did have a huge suite though - two bedrooms, 2 full baths and a powder room, on the ground floor close to everything. The restaurant/bar was pretty good (fries, cheeseburger and club sandwiches were great) but the staff seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. Initial acknowledgment after sitting down at a table was very slow. Unfortunately, the beach was not good after the hurricane in November. Very rocky and difficult to get to the water or even to walk down the beach. IMO the hotel should at least clear a path to the water. For our first visit to Bucerias, we probably should have chosen a hotel closer to town. This one is about a 2 km walk to the majority of restaurants etc. however Sukha’s Beach House about a block away was fantastic. I think after the renovation is finished, this would be a great hotel. We heard there are many guests who come back annually and we would stay here again.

Lots of remodeling going on ,

The room was decent size and we had a very nice view of the bay.The pool was very nice, not a lot of people staying here. When tropical storm was coming, we were moved to a safer unit.

We thought breakfast was to be included, but not so. The facility wouldn't let me pay cash for our meals, had to use our credit card or set up an account at front desk. Construction noise, continuing all day, every day of the week. The beach wasn't as nice as we were expecting, then after the storm, it was loaded with debris, and it didn't get cleaned up anytime soon. Very isolated, had to take taxi everywhere. Front road was a mess! Taxi's bottomed out on their cars, very inconvenient.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The suite was enormous, and had a great balcony looking over the water. All of the meals are delicious (particularly the chilaquiles at breakfast and the shrimp quesadillas for lunch - amazing!), staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool is perfectly clean and well maintained. There are lots of loungers available on the beach as well. It is rocky, but only a little bit - you can easily walk around the rocks to get into the ocean where it's sandy. It was a 25 minute walk into town along the beach, or a 5 minute taxi. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Bucerias!

Only small issue was that the bar/restaurant closes quite early, so you have to plan to eat before 7 or be prepared to go into town for dinner.

We enjoyed, the peacefull beauty of the bay, and the hospitable, staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of the wonderful customer service & care we received from the following hotel staff: Jeraldo, Marivella, Laura, Flor, Sergio, Carlos, Anna, & the Restaurant Chef. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent and made our hotel stay very enjoyable and the restaurant meals were delicious. The Bar, Palapa, & swimming pool was very lovely. There was a nice menu variety, and items were reasonably priced.

The hotel remodeling noise was very loud, constant, and went from 8am to 7pm every day. The hotel did not inform us that the hotel was being remodeled nor that it was in the bldg. right next to our room. Our air conditioners were extremely noisy and loud. The ongoing hwy traffic was noisy. There were tons of rocks all over the beach. The rooms were outdated, the shower water drained very slowly The toilet was difficult to flush, and our bed matresses were hard and uncomfortable. There were flag warnings posted not to swim in the ocean due to the recent hurricanes and there was alot of debris in the water. There was also the possibility of crocodiles being nearby the ocean water after the recent hurricane storm. The hotel was far from Bucerias so we either took a bus or taxi to the tourist area of Bucerias to restaurants, stores, and nice beaches. We felt our apartment was over priced. I also think the new remodeled hotel will be lovely.

The town is great, a bit sleepy and the restaurants are great. Our hotel the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is dated but the breakfast is good. Construction on both sides of the hotel and at the hotel so be sure to ask for a room away from the noise. Overall not had experience.
