Photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. They are not guaranteed and may carry supplements. The rates indicated are for 2 adults and 2 children, who stay for free. The maximum capacity is 6 people, children included. The extra guest fee is $30. Conditions for groups: The minimum stay is 2 nights and the cancelation must be made 7 days before the arrival of the group. Group reservations are considered those of 5 or more rooms. The hotel will be renovating Tower 1 from August 19 to December 26, 2024. The work will be done only during office hours (09:00 - 18:00) and this will not affect the rest of the areas and services for our clients. A deposit may be required at the property.

This hotel has beautiful views and rating the hotel in this state.. its a tired place. It is undergoing renovations so it will be difficult to rate. The street leading to it is awful too but it.promises to be better once sll the new build and renovations are complete. The beach is okay. A lot.of stones and pebbles. The.room was huge and comfortable but not sure what final renovations will be. The tv didn't work for two hours and they won't enter your room do. I spend two hours of a perfectly beautuful day because we like to watch TV in the evening. The staff is wonderful, food is good. It's okay for a couple of days for now.

The property is comfortable, they have a nice clean pool, and surprisingly the food is really good, the staff is very friendly, the beach tho is very rocky and the road to get to the hotel is falling apart, but over all we had a very pleasant stay

Please don’t let the pictures fool you! The property is old and run down. The road to get to the property is unpaved and dangerous. The rooms were an old and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I wish I would have done more research on the property your best bet would be to stay closer to the tourist side of Puerto Vallarta even if you spend a little more

The customer service was excellent and very attentitive! The food was great and at very reasonable prices. The 3 bedroom suite was very accomodating and had A/C's in EACH bedroom! I just wish was a usable beach because it had a lot of rock washed up. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back!

The pools were nice. The condo was spacious, the food served there was good, the ocean was close

There were tons of stones on the beach. The toilets didn't flush well, but most of all, I KNOW I informed Booking.com that only two of us were going but the change wasn't reflected and I had to pay for the original 3-about 1000 Mexican pesos.
