"Comfortable stay in Gettysburg"

Very clean and spacious rooms. Polite and professional front desk staff.

Their dining facilities are woefully understaffed. We tried to have dinner one night and it took a long time to get a server and our meal. Tip: go to the diner a short walk away. It’s great!

"negative as no consideration about refunding for app error."

I accidently booked two rooms, glitch with app and hotel and booking.com couldn't help refund. When I checked in lovely receptionist said she only saw one room booked and booked me in room 628. When I checked out the folio said I stayed in room 630. I called while on the road to advise hotel to clean room 628 as I didn't stay in room 630. I would hope good customer service would have refunded me the room charge. Not sure I will use booking.com again.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet.

Numerous broken floor tiles as you walk the front door and tape on the seams of the hallway carpets. I would like to suggest relocating toilet paper as it’s too hard to reach.

Pool and hot tub

The cleaning lady walked in on me woke me up by coming through the door and saw me half naked at 8:15 am not checkout time yet too soon to be coming in the room
