Stayed here numerous times. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Saw an exterminator there when we were leaving. We joked about fleas since they allow pets. Came home covered in bed bug bites! Called the hotel, they never even questioned it, offered 50% refund then told i had to ask booking.com for the refund. Manager supposedly on vacation this week so couldn't speak with them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Room was a bit cool overnight.

Stay was wonderful but I question their integrity and client service. We used a gift certificate for our stay but they still charged our credit card for our stay. I had to call them 3 times over the course of over 2 weeks to even get them to process the refund. Each time I called they assured me they had the gift cert and refund would be processed but each time I called back they apologized that it had not been even sent to the proper place for to be refunded. Finally had to threaten to call the BBB and ask them who was going to pay for my overdraft fee for them to process which she did while I was on the phone so they never needed to "send" it anywhere. It still took 4 days for the refund to hit my account (17 days after 1st contact). My free night's stay cost me an overdraft fee and so much inconvenience and stress and their response to them covering my fee was just, we can't help with that even though it was totally their fault!!!! Do not trust their gift certificates unless you want to fight for it.
