Limpio

No es posible que no tengan mínimo café en el cuarto y argumento el gerente que era el tipo de cuarto , yo solo seleccione una habitación y no decía sin café sin nada y además en la entrada luces banderas del mundo y la de México está al revés y lo peor es que les dije y si ya sabíamos pero da igual

"El precio no me parece de acuerdo con las instalaciones del hotel"

La atención de las personas que ahí laboran es muy buena, amables, serviciales y gentiles

La alberca con agua helada, no pude hacer uso de ella. La tarifa de hotel que pagué no incluye el uso de estacionamiento $150 diarios, uso de la mesa de billar $100, hospedaje de mascota $500 diarios. Pagué habitación para 3 adultos, sólo tuve en la habitación botella de agua para 2 personas.

"Excellent in Every Way"

Enjoyed two nights stay at this fine hotel, as part of a tour. We found Real de Minas San Miguel de Allende excellent in every way: comfortable room, delicious buffet with superb service; beautiful, old-style hotel with expansive, attractive grounds; perfect location in the heart of the old town center. This hotel has it all. Highly recommended.

"Con mucho potencial pero"

El servicio del personal y los jardines

Pedimos 3 veces una silla extra a recepción para poder estar en la habitación sentado con mi esposa y nunca llegó. El agua de la alberca estaba super fría, cobraron el estacionamiento. Mencionamos desde la reserva que era nuestro aniversario y no se hizo ni un detalle, ni mención de ello.

"A little disappointed"

The location is great for access into and out of SMA. The concierge staff were very helpful.the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

It’s either booking.com or the hotel- not sure which but we paid in full up front months ago and we got one of the oldest rooms with no view except the garage. The chair was grubby, as were the carpet. Electrical outlets are not conveniently located.
