Love this gem! Itโ€™s located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The inn is beautiful! Our room was very comfortable. Love the large bathroom with great toiletries and robes. Itโ€™s lovely sitting outside for breakfast. Free parking in back of the inn.

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Very clean, very friendly, very helpful. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Coffee available early am.

"We loved our stay so much that we have already booked for another visit in October."

The property was beautiful and very close to the center of everything that Newport has to offer. Free ample parking behind the Inn. Complementary continental breakfast provided.

There was no TV in our room which was somewhat disappointing.
