The room, facilities and breakfast are all perfectly fine for the price. Would strongly recommend checking if they're holding an event on the night you're staying though as the DJ can play loud music until past midnight

Stay there was satisfactory. It would have been nice if I had a mini fridge in the room. It was a clean, parking space and security was very good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Very clean but dated hotel badly in need of facelift. No air conditioning is a real problem because the outside noise from the boiler house and surrounding mean if you open a window you’re going to find it hard to get a decent nights sleep. Beds very small and mattresses very poor quality.
A nice weekend at the hotel, very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Parts of the hotel are a little dated, but this didn't alter our stay.
Fantastic stay
A pleasant, modest hotel that suited my requirements. The issues I had were minor and could be fixed relatively easily by housekeeping using the rooms themselves. The light above the dressing table did not light the mirror sufficiently, with the ceiling lights finishing quite far from it they didn’t help either. The toilet seat moved each time I used it making a sharp crack, minor but unpleasant especially during the night. My key card wouldn’t work when I got back after midnight, l rang the hotel number but eventually had to return to reception to get it sorted out. I have mobility problems and this made it rather difficult for me. Could a house phone be put somewhere by the lift/stairs to make dealing with issues like this easier for the guests? I couldn’t find a sleep timer program on the TV remote control, could instructions for this; if available, be included in the information page? I said the issue I had were minor so they wouldn’t prevent me from using the Park Hotel in the future, resolving them would just improve the customer experience.
Our stay was good however after arriving we were not able to order any food from room service as this had finished at 845pm. We should have been made aware of this on checking in.
Exceptional staff and service would highly recommend
Our room had damaged to a radiator cover so we’re moved , heating didn’t work luke warm water all though our stay ,staff did their best brought a heater and gave us a drink at the bar , it was not the stay we had planned, it cause stress my husband waited 10 minutes to talk to duty manager, he was serving food ! He did come to our room to speak to us, a sorce a heater.in the morning to us he had told maintenance about the problem, but it was an old building!breakfast was good but coffe pit was in need of a wash and wipe , overall definitely would not stay again but Saff did their best
