It was absolutely freezing as there was no heating on in rooms. I had to sleep in my clothes.
Staff were excellent and friendly, breakfast was lovely, room was clean
bedroom was way too warm and we couldn’t turn the radiator off anywhere therefore kept constantly waking up constantly in a sweat… breakfast was very expensive for the experience and the lady on service was polite, but the whole thing was very rushed! as I was trying to eat my cereal and starters she kept coming over every minute asking what hot food i wanted, making me chew my food quicker just so I could talk to her and then trying to ram all the hot food onto my table at once which made most of the food go cold in the end…
was a lovely sized room 116 disappointing they shut the bar at 10.30
We stayed as we were attending the Stars competition at Aintree.. it was the perfect location , 5 minute drive away.. I also loved the fact we could get room service and the meals were delicious, good value for money.. the staff were lovely and helpful.. definitely stay again..

Excellent staff, lovely room I would highly recommend to friends and family.
Was a very noisy hotel, this was a nuisance as the next door neighbours sempt to be having a party in their room with more than just the occupants, this was annoying as I was on a work trip and was getting up early
