Staff pleasant clean
Lovely place to stay, nice clean rooms, decor needs a little bit of attention, could do with bigger towels in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly would definitely stay again.
We travelled from Dover on Saturday for my granddaughters cheer competition in Liverpool. The receptionist booked us in very quickly and was very friendly . There was a slight issue as payment had been taken twice but was quickly sorted out on Sunday by Jess on reception. She went above and beyond to make sure the issue was rectified quickly. Jess was also very friendly. As his is a yearly competition we will be returnurning to the Park hotel next year. Plenty of ammenties around as well.
A beautiful hotel in great location. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean, very pretty reception area. A 20 min drive into the City Centre. Right next door to an Aldi.

Terrible sleep, functions on both nights and our room was directly above what can only be described as a nightclub with own saxaphone, no mention of it at check in, complained the first morning after, they apologised but failed to mention there was another one that night, asked for a room change and just told "we're full'.
After arriving from a long journey to Oxford all we wanted to do was sleep in a nice comfy bed. This hotel more than catered for comfort and everything we needed. Big spacious family room and more than friendly staff where nothing was to much, right down to telling us where the station is the next morning. Would defo stay again.
