"Our Home Away from Home"

This is an outstanding hotel, our home away from home. We visit Niagara Falls every year, sometimes twice/year if we can afford it, and we always stay here since discovering it four stays ago. The staff here is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. And the king suite (affordable on a teacher's and retired military's salary) that we stay in with a jacuzzi is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. The bed! If you ever get a chance to stay in Niagara Falls, stay here. Be sure to say hi to Ryan the manager -- great guy!

"Could of been great!"

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is there was only 2 hand towels in the room so drying off from showering was a bit tedious. Staff was great when I checked in, got in later than expected and was no issue.

"Good but not as clean as usual"

I love the location and layout of this hotel. It has always been spotless. This time however, there was juice spilled on the floor and crumbs everywhere as well as hair in the bathtub….not the level of clean that it has been before. A disappointment….
