I like that the room was clean and check in was easy.

I did not like that the room had no coffee machine.

We live 15 minutes from this hotel... The rooms themselves are lovely & it's why we stayed a SECOND time, for a 3 night stay. Our first night the jet tub wouldn't turn on, we brought it up to the front desk. A kind young lady explained that the they've KNOWN the tub in room 114 has issue & that we just need to keep playing with the button. So we did, probably for another 15 minutes or so, but nothing... She told us the best they could do was move us to a different room the next day. When I asked her about a discount or refund she told me that she can't do that but to talk to her manager. We shrugged off the minor inconveniences that our stay has had so far & hoped for better in the next room. We received room 109, and the tub worked! For 1 night... the second night in room 109, when we were done with the tub, we couldn't get the jets to shut off! It took nearly a half hour of playing with the button, draining it partially, and hoping to get it to shut off. We say to ourselves 'Whatever, we'll bring it up to them when we check out...'. Well come checkout, we meet Ryan. He asked how our stay & I respond "It was fine other than the one tub not turning on or the other not turning off.". He responds " Oh you're those people...what do you mean it wouldn't turn off?". I explain our issue & he sprints away saying "you guys can't do that, you're going to fry the jets." So I follow after him & when we get into the room, he gives me a look like I'm the one that didn't hear me say we got the tub to turn off after a half hour. I sit there while he tries to replicate it & my girlfriend gets the car ready. Eventually I'm getting annoyed with Ryan's nasty attitude and ask my girlfriend to switch jobs. She came out maybe 2 or 3 minutes later arguing with ryan as nicely as one could dealing with a brick headed manager like him. My girlfriend feeling defeated told him again & again "I was really trying to get it to work". I frustratingly tell her "dont worry babe the tubs are just s**t". Ryan then has the audacity to stop me and ask what I just said to her. I tell him, then he gets even more mad & start swearing at me. I stopped talking so he stopped and we went to the front desk. I got my deposit and as he hands it to me he whispers "Talking s**t doesn't get you anywhere". I literally don't respond & go to just get out of this awful situation. My girlfriend stops me at the door and has the bright idea to see if there's a manager or if he is the manager. OF COURSE, the man who's been insinuating we're lying, is the manager... My girlfriend then goes on saying "Hey we're really not trying to be mean & we just wanted to explain the problem so you could fix it for the next couple." & He just repeats "Well I couldn't replicate the problem" like he has been the whole time. He then goes on to say he's rent room 114 out twice since they switched us.... as if that gave any merit here. We tried explaining to him that THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS verified it doesn't work properly, to which he just shrugged us off. My girlfriend gets mad & leaves. I stopped to scan the qr codes for reviews & took a picture of him. He then goes on HOLLERING that we "must have trauma" & "you're mentally I'll".... It's on camera Ryan, we're going to corporate. NEVER GOT A DISCOUNT OR A SORRY.

good location, nice staff and hotel beds were clean and comfy

the room wasn’t cleaned very well. there wasn’t a shower curtain so we had to ask for one and there was gross brown liquid on the floor and coffee spills on the cupboards.

The only issue experienced when I paid my deposit in cash and I have to call several time for the money. I was communicate incorrectly that will be return to my card and incorrect. But things happen. I appreciate everything this is the second time stay in hotel. Thank you

The room and breakfast.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Location was very good.

It was quite noisy outside our room past 10 o'clock to 4am, then 5 and on. I believe a hotel with rooms in the inside will benefit us more..
