The location, our room and the staff was AWESOME!!

I only wish they had more selection for breakfast like some type of meat, bacon, etc.

The suite was too dirty. There were too much spots and humans hairs on the sheets and , behind the sofa. Very disappionted!! The breakfast was always served with the same menu.

it was clean, and the beds were comfy and a very good location, would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in a nice hotel but not in the middle of niagara surrounded by other buildings and such

breakfast wasnt anything special but it was still free so i can’t complain too much. the only thing i was disappointed with was we had a booking for 4 people but were only given 2 towels

Bathroom needs updating

The entire property looked like it was recently renovated and it shows. The money was worth it as it looked nice top to bottom, inside and out. I told the manager about the noise and he gave us a room that was much more quiet and it helped a lot. He was also kind enough to print out information on local activities in the area which we used. His professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated.

The insulation between floors is not enough. By using hard floors, I could hear someone walking around above our floor and so I could not sleep. Should have sprung for more sound insulation and in doors too.

Clean rooms, bedding and pool.
