"Be very cautious, this hotel does not honor their own policies"

I booked my ‘fully refundable’ reservation thru the hotel website but was somehow rerouted to a third party site. I called on Thursday to cancel my Saturday stay and was told that it would be all taken care of. I found out on Friday that I would be charged for one of my two nights because I booked thru a third party. I spoke to Hotel One and they were willing to refund but hotel owner refused! They won’t acknowledge my Thursday call because I don’t have the name of who I talked to. Just in case it matters to anyone… I planned this trip for a vacation with my elderly parents but dad was taken by ambulance to the hospital and admitted on Thursday afternoon.

"Visiting the area for photography"

Poorly maintained. The room was musty smelling, the floors were sticky & greasy. There was only one threadbare towel provided for each of us. Breakfast (which has a surcharge) was inedible. We had stayed here before & it wasn’t quite as bad as now. The hotel seems to be getting worse. Will not return.

Employees!!! Customer service oriented, always smiled & greeted, very clean and pet friendly was a big plus for us

Beds seemed older & uncomfortable, the ceiling fan was on high & made lots of noise (maybe original to room) could not adjust via the chains so had to turn off at switch, room keys were spotty sometimes worked sometimes not, would have liked a couple comfy chairs or small couch in room to sit & relax only had office chair but plenty of room for more seating. Nothing major.
