"Excellent"

Front desk staff were lovely and welcoming. Facility was clean and quiet and restaurant next door at golf course was extremely convenient. All and all a wonderful stay.

Microwave was rusted and not safe for use. Blood was smeared on the bathroom walls when we were told room was ready and clean. Shower sprayed drywall.

"Unhappy stay"

The Bed were uncomfortable, the A/C in both the rooms I booked did not keep the room even cool.. The guy at the front desk informed us that another customer saw us with my three Grandchildren that Are 5, 6, & 6 years old and told us he didn't want to be put anywhere near us .. that's fine if someone tells your staff that but you shouldn't tell the guest they are speaking of that.. That was rude especially seeing as my Grandchildren weren't even bothering anyone...The room was not worth $170.00 a night. Won't stay here again!!

"First vacation weekend in 20+ years"

The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.

The shower bottom was extremely slippery. I nearly fell 3 times while trying to take one shower. The reading lamp on the left side of the bed didn't work. The refrigerator was leaking water bad on the inside. The door handle to open our room was constantly sticking, and we would have to keep trying with the room key to unlock the jammed handle and lock. King size room should get 4 towels, 4 washcloths, and extra ice bags. You also need to have a milder coffee available for people who don't need to be shocked out of their sleep every morning. Thank you
