Rocking Horse Inn

The Inn was charming, the Inn Keeper thoughtfull and personable. The breakfast was everything you could ever want. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Bob the owner was very hospitable and provided a wonderful healthy breakfast. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub by candlelight and the bed was comfortable.

Old age and decor of house and rooms. Renovations currently in progress. Didn't like fact that breakfast offered nothing for healthy eaters. Packaged oatmeal would have been nice.

The proprietors of the Rocking Horse B&B were welcoming & attentive to the needs of their guests. Breakfast was delicious. The porch & cool autumn like air invited everyone to sit, relax, & converse with each other. Will go again. 🙂

Felt like living in warm comfortable home. Owner was super nice.

This place is a work in progress .... an historical building with a “haunted house” appearance. However if there are ghosts they give the place a welcoming vibe. A former convent, it is like great grandma’s home. It is clean, comfortable and the owners are very nice and helpful. There are help yourself snacks and drinks available 24hrs, beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxed. FYI: people with mobility issues should stay elsewhere - stairs are shallow and steep. You may be alone in the place - I seemed to be for most of my stay but outside doors are code locked and I never felt unsafe. Self-sufficient travelers will appreciate the make-yourself-at-home set up. There is a new appearing small parking area across the side street for guest use. I will definitely be back!

Host was fantastic. Id stay here over a hotel given the chance again. Neat and comfortable old house.

Outside under renovation and at first wasn’t sure we were at the right place. Inside is beautiful, breakfast was great, and snacks were available throughout the day. Very clean: loved my long bath!

Loved it! This was our second stay and our first choice when we returned to the area. Lovely, charming, quaint, Victorian setting. Private and quiet. It sits on a beautiful, quiet street and within walking distance of downtown Ravenna. We returned for a high school reunion, but enjoy the quaint downtown area and always spend a day visiting, shopping and sightseeing. We will return to the Rocking Horse Inn anytime we are in the area!
