The place is in the last stages of being spruced up but do not hesitate to stay here. The hospitality and comfortable rooms are well worth it.

This B&B is an incredible experience as once you walk in the door you step back in time to 1867 when this structure was first constructed. LOVE IT! Bob the owner is fantastic and the interior decor is wondrous. Safe location.Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for my mom and I. She loves old, historic homes and has never experienced a Bed & Breakfast type lodging. The owner was very accommodating and the stay was very cozy and calm. Support this B&B because they are working very hard to beautify and restore a very historic property. My mother was in awe of the flowerbeds and I was astounded by the craftsmanship that this building still had after all the years it's been around. 5 stars. Will return.

Very quiet, secure and relaxing atmosphere. There was a well stocked supply of snacks and beverages and a good supply of fresh cut fruit and breakfast food. Beautifully decorated with antiques.

Carpet entrance had a stain, but bed and rest of room were very clean.

Very nice B&B in our home town. I have a lot of history with the home converted to a B&B and I think Bob is on his way to making the Rocking Horse a terrific part of Ravenna. We had a very pleasant stay and visit with the staff and guests.

The owner was very courteous and friendly, which made our stay just absolutely wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

nice charming place with lots of potential. private little getaway that serves the area with little other competition. the work that has been done so far nice and your stay wont be interrupted by work that still need finished.
