"Time to update"

Great location. Booked all inclusive and select package which includes 2 x spa access and premium drinks in private room, free safe, fizz on arrival and stocked mini bar well worth the upgrade. Communal areas are modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean but.... We found our room to be dated and the bathroom definitely needed a revamp as bath and shower looked grubby. Food was lovely plenty of choice. Definitely would return.

Great Hotel, staff excellent , the location is great being between old town and new town area two streets from sea front great views from higher floors our favourite is 16. the double beds are super comfy. The food is well displayed but not always hot , certain sections the plates were cold but not always, the entertainment was a little repetitive in the evenings sometimes with good acts and poor acts doing the same thing but overall very good only a short walk to new and old town overall an Excellent Hotel !

"Good hotel great location"

A guest at Sandos almost 20 times, This year the room was perfectly fine. Sandos is a good hotel with very friendly staff and food to suit everyone's taste. The only downside is not receiving loyalty points if you don't book directly and that the safe is chargeable. During this stay, there were a few guests who couldn't resist secretly vaping inside; it is very disturbing for non-smokers. They were warned multiple times by the staff that this was not allowed, but it had no effect. This needs to be dealt much more strictly. The only downside is not receiving loyalty points unless you book directly and that the safe is chargeable ;-).
