Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Staff are lovely and friendly. The food is basic not much variety but it is out of season. But the food is nice. The entertainment in the evening is great. Definitely worth watching. The singers sing lots of variety music from 70s upto today. Definitely go back there again if I visit benidorm

An outstanding hotel. Excellent location, close to Old Town, beach and main strip. There is a superb choice of delicious food, the outside pool area is immaculate. Our room was comfortable and clean. Most of all, the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This was our 2nd visit, we will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Just returned from another fantastic stay at the Sandos Monaco, we've written many reviews and said it all before. But this holiday was just as good as ever and maybe even better 😊. If you're planning on visiting Benidorm and are looking for a hotel, then we Can't praise this place enough. Thanks again to the wonderful staff 😀. See you in June.

Weather wasn't the best and it showed up the lack of indoor activities. If you're not into gyms or spas the facilities are lacking. There is a pool table but it's locked up during the day. There were no entertainment staff around to organise anything other than drinking, a game of bingo a quiz or even a game of darts would have relieved the boredom.

My wife and I stayed from 4th–11th March and overall we had a really lovely stay. Starting with the positives, the food was excellent. Honestly some of the best hotel food we’ve had in Benidorm, so credit where it’s due to the kitchen team. There was always plenty of choice and everything we tried was very good. The only small bit of feedback would be around the themed nights. They did have things like an Asian-inspired night, but it felt a bit limited with only a couple of dishes such as sweet and sour pork and duck. It would be great to see the hotel lean into the themes a bit more and offer a wider selection of dishes to really make the nights feel different. The entertainment was also very good. There was something on every evening and it felt like there was something for everyone, which we really enjoyed. We stayed all inclusive and thought it was great value. There were plenty of drink options and lots of snacks available throughout the day. The snack bar was handy and you could also grab burgers, hot dogs or toasties in the bar area between meals, along with biscuits and other small bites. We also used the spa and it was exceptional. Even though we didn’t book any treatments, we really enjoyed the pool and the therapy area with the sauna and steam room. It was a really relaxing experience. If you’re all inclusive you get one visit included, otherwise it’s around €20 per person, but in our opinion it’s definitely worth it. The housekeeping staff were lovely and did a great job with the rooms. The only issue we noticed was quite a lot of noise early in the morning from furniture being moved across the floors while rooms were being cleaned. You could hear chairs and beds being dragged which made it difficult to have a lie in. It might be worth the hotel considering rubber protectors on the bottom of the furniture to reduce the noise. Another thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. As someone at the “tropical” stage of life this would normally be a must for me, but to be fair we were advised to open the balcony door and that worked fine for most of the week as the weather wasn’t too hot. The rooms themselves are a little dated and could probably do with some investment in places, but they were a very good size and our floor was nice and quiet. The shower was also very good. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere! Overall we had a really enjoyable stay. With a few small improvements, particularly around themed nights and the early morning noise from furniture, this hotel could be even better.

Great hotel, spacious room food was varied every day. We went AI drinks where fantastic, location smack in the middle of the New& Old Town which was great. Entertainment..She did her best Every evening to get people enjoying themselves 👍. Only thing that let it down was the weather.
