Service... i talked to 3 personnel and waited so long before i was able to checked in

직원들이 매우 친절했다. 비치가 바로 앞에 있어서 조용하게 놀 수 있었다.

수영장이 공사중이었는데 몰랐다.. 그리고 룸키는 전자기기에 조금만 가까이 가도 고장이났다. 매번 방 들어가기 전에 로비에 들러서 룸 키를 새로 바꿔야하는 불편함이 있었다.

Cheap and in the middle of town

No hot water and room service was never consistent

Location - close to the airport.

No hot water. Had to take cold shower. Very few electric outlet. Hard to find outlet to charge cell phones.

中心地まで徒歩圏内で、Kマートへも徒歩圏内。生活と遊びを両立するには良い立地。

シャワーでお湯が出ないのはコメントを読んで把握してしていたが、プールまでも閉鎖されていた。施設は古いだけでなく、部屋の隅や水回り、共用の製氷機やランドリーが不衛生でカビが生えていたりする。 客も旅行者だけでなく、工事従事者が多く泊まっていて、廊下に座り込んで電話していたり、ランドリーが労働者で長蛇の列になっていたりする。特に危険な思いをすることはなかったが、旅行で来ている客とは非常に温度差がある。 また、ベットメイキングは札を表示して必要時のみのスタイルだったが、6泊したところなんとベットメイクしてくれたのは1回だけだった。 朝食もどれも驚くほど不味く、楽しい思いはしなかった。 とても日本人が満足できるサービス、衛生、食事の質ではなかった。

セキュリティが甘すぎる！ フロントの対応が遅い 古い建物で熱湯しか出なくて修理依頼をした コネクティングルームの鍵が空いてて隣の人が居た これらの事をフロントに伝え、セキュリティが来ると言ったが 来たのは夜の22:30 小さな子どももいるため非常に迷惑で不安で時間帯 その旨伝えると 部屋のグレードを上げる(2Ｆ→5Ｆに変更で部屋のスタイル変わらず)と言われて そんなの求めてない！(夜の23時前やぞ？) 人がとにかく適当。 フロントあたりが臭い！ ホテルについてるコンビニに行けば、 暇な時間帯なら盗みをしないかずっとみてくる！ 気分が悪い！

The location was close to a beach as advertised. And with in walking dostance to many food and upscale Stores.

During our stay there was no hot water. The pool was closed for repair, and the door key cards needed to be reprogrammed every day. They even tried to put us in a room that had a tarp over the pool tha was closed for repair that was super noisy when the they did move us to a different room but required additional payment to do so... Over all not worth the cost.

The location

First off, when we got there, I checked in, and they gave us a room. When we got to our room, the room was being renovated as they had paint cans on the floor on top of plastic, and brand new TV still in the box, so we went back downstairs to the lobby and informed the receptionist that the room was being renovated. So we checked into another room and when we got there it was not the room that was advertised. The room that was advertised had a king-size bed in one room and two full size bed in the other room. There was no king-size bed, and it was only one bedroom. False advertisement. The room also had a musty smell. The carpets were old and stained in different sections. The bath tub was dirty. It was brown instead of white. You could tell no one scrub the tub. I never received any email that the pool was under maintenance. They told us we had to go to their sister Hotel if we wanted to go swimming. I also didn't receive any email that their boiler was down, so the hotel did not have any hot water. Their breakfast only had limited choices, which was halfway empty. When we got to our room there were only two bottled waters. No packet of coffee or snacks. For the price that I paid ($170.00), it is not worth it, and this was the Holiday Suite.
