Holiday Resort & Spa Guam

The room was alrigh, the bed where okay not the best, but also not the worst. The room 515 has a decent view from the balcony but it´s on the same floor as the pool. The close distance to the beach was the best part of the entire hotel.

Worst hotel i´ve stayed at, the description and pictures of the hotel is false advertising. It claims to have 2 restaurants but when i stayed there "Seoul Jung Korean Restaurant" was closed, 11/60 photos are of the Korean restaurant which is closed and it say nowhere if its open or not on the booking.com page. It claims "high speed internet" which was disconnecting constantly and really slow. It claimed it had a pool which was closed during my stay. It claimed it had a bar which also was closed during my stay. The hotel claims " free toiletries with a toothbrush and toothpaste," My room did not have this, only some slippers and a bar of soap. The shower did not have hot water at all during my stay, only around 25C/77F. The breakfast was horrible. i came 20min before it was closing and the food was cold, dry and tasted bad. I´ve eaten better breakfast as hostels and motels. Since it was only 20min left of breakfast time i don´t think they cared to restock the bread, eggs, rice or even the Orange juice! The pool table in the picture is non functional, says a big sign "Do not walk here". The elevators was also smelling so bad some of the days i ended up walking up/down 5 stories, because i couldn´t stand the horrible smell.

I love how fast you could get into your room after booking it.

The weird thing is my other half called a few minutes before booking, asking if there were rooms available, and they said they didnt have any. But when i tried booking after the call, apparently there was many available? Then we called again to confirm the booking of our room and it was booked.

Location to the area of interest

The bathroom was dirty and the bath tub. Room need upgrade. No complimentary coffee and other amenities.
