Facilities are amazing - beach and pool- room view Was on point - beach is like no other! 2 min walk from Almaza the village where amazing restaurants and coffee places there

The food was terrible I suffered from severe gastroenteritis from the buffet and i spent the worst night of my life staying up the whole night vomitting, bloated and severe diahrea And to make it all worse there's no clinic/doctor available at all times and i eas told that he comes st 10 am Plus the nearest pharmacy was in the city of marsa matruh and when i tried to deliver medicine from that pharmacy it took nearly 5 hours

Le séjour dans l’hôtel était exceptionnelle, tout est dans l’hôtel, si vous voulez vous reposer, plage privée, piscine, jacuzzi, et marché le long de la plage, juste magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant, et souriant. Ahmed et Fayed vraiment des personnes exceptionnelle.

L’animation n’était pas au top, après ce n’était pas la saison. Il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel, si on veut visiter la ville ce n’est pas possible. Le repas, le faite les boissons soit payant alors qu on a pris le petit déjeuner et le souper.
