Location. Basic hotel/resort, more like a 4+ stars hotel. Limited activities at the resort (for example, no water sports of any kind)

Room amenities were old (chairs, wardrobes, ...), shower outlets were rusty and required maintenance.

Cozy comfortable suits family, beach very close to the rooms and the restaurant is also close. Good food variety in breakfast and dinner. Excellent environment, palms, garden, swimming pools. Beach has life guards everywhere which makes you feel safe.

A bit far from Alexandria but it really worth it.

The beach is amazing but noisy, the size of the room was convenient with nice terrace views. The landscape and outdoor design is welcoming and comfortable.

The staff were not co-operative in some situations, the service during the breakfast and dinner were not up to the standard. Room utilities are so limited.
