Amazing location

The quality of food is not good

I would like to thank the staff especially the waiters and room service mohamed mahmoud room 3134. Efficient/effectice reception staff...i would just ask the female staff to smile more and not to make facial gesture with guests. Very nice vibes as the infrastructure is like a park in heaven. Food is really good especially the Seafood

Perfect for couples and families. The beach is amazing. Great landscapes and wonderful scenics. This is my second stay at Jaz Almaza and it definitely won't be my last

Hotel bathrooms were always unclean. Food quality should be better.

I would like to give special recognition to the chef, Mr. Milaad Saad, for his professionalism and personal attention during my stay at Almaza Beach Hotel. As an Orthodox Christian, I have dietary restrictions on Wednesdays and Fridays due to religious reasons. Mr. Saad kindly prepared a special plate of desserts without eggs or milk, and later offered to cook shrimp for me (since meat is not allowed on those days). Both dishes were absolutely exceptional! His colleague, a chef in a black uniform (unfortunately, I forgot his name), was equally kind and attentive throughout my stay. I would also like to extend my compliments to the restaurant staff and waiters (in the restaurant further away from the reception) — hardworking, polite, always smiling, professional, and spreading such a positive energy (especially Mohammed, Abd…). People often write long reviews only when they have complaints, but it’s just as important to share positive experiences — and these people truly deserve it. Also, Gerges at the swimming pool bar makes amazing cocktails and is incredibly kind and positive! The food at the restaurant is out of this world! Mustafa, who cleaned our room wonderfully every day, made amazing towel sculptures — I’ve never seen anything like that before. And finally, the most beautiful pearl of this resort is the Maldives-like turquoise color of the sea and the white sand. It was truly a one-of-a-kind holiday. Highly recommend it — 10000%! 🌊✨

The hotel was great, especially the sea except for few things, clean in the restaurants, tips, line in restaurants sometimes.

Hotel davvero molto bello, grande ma non dispersivo, molto ben tenuto, soprattutto i giardini. Piscine molto belle e di varie dimensioni e profondità, adatte anche ai bambini. Spiaggia bellissima, soprattutto per il colore del mare. Camere molto grande. Personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Questo hotel ospita soprattutto formule da villaggio vacanze con all inclusive. Prenotando da Booking autonomamente e senza agenzia intermediaria non è possibile pagare per l’all inclusive e per avere accesso al buffet i prezzi sono senza senso: 53€ a persona per cena e 37€ a persona per pranzo. Le alternative sono solo 2 ristoranti a la carte in altre due strutture separate. Trovo che questo servizio crei molto disagio, avendo una bimba piccola. Potrebbero dare la possibilità anche a chi prenota in autonomia di poter mangiare a prezzi normali (per un buffet).

Ottima posizione sul mare dalle acque cristalline.

La pericolosità della località in cui sorge il resort e la qualità del cibo del ristorante a buffet. Inoltre c'è un abuso nel chiedere in modo insistente le mance.
