Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore

This was mis econd time staying at this hotel. The location its excellent and central and allows me to travel in most directions. The staff is professional, some are friendly, but they get the job done well. Rooms are on the smaller side but good for 1-2 people and great for business travellers. Perfectly clean with all amenities that I require. I arrived late and the hotel kept in touch with me to facilitate my delayed arrival. The breakfast spread could be improved upon. Taste was fine but the I would have liked more fruits and continental selection. In-room dining hit the spot and exceeded my expectations on taste. I would be staying here again for the balance of location, convenience, comfort, and value.

We had a wonderful experience with our fragrances training sessions. Service was excellent, food was delicious and they ensured we could start on time, they were there throughout the day ans helped us whenever we needed support. Thank you so much Sanjay ans Vijay! We will hopefully be back soon!

Hyatt Centric has been an amazing experience for our celebration. We had a dedicated Guest relation executive- Aiysha who looked after all our needs and requests and she made sure we are comfortable. Food is amazing here. Would definitely consider again.

This is my 15th time staying at this hotel. The hotel is absolutely great in all aspects. I get great service from every staff member in every department. I like to recognize every staff member with special mention to Ayesha, Anurima, Joseph (at the cafe) , Neel and Tammany. This is truly my home away from home and I will always come back!

Very cute rooms, excellent service, good food. Very good hotel especially for solo women travellers. Its pretty close to most of the major attractions jn bengaluru.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is really polite and highly cooperative. They take care of you in all aspects. The rooms are cozy, lobby is comfortable and calm. Bathroom is clean with, bedsheets are spotless. Minibar - I haven’t seen such a well stocked-up minibar in any hotel I’ve stayed. The prices for minibar seem justified. Spa services were great and well.

The food - although there was variety and all food items looked great, fresh and appealing, but as soon as you taste the food, the taste doesn’t meet the expectations. Rooms, especially bathrooms could be more spacious - some areas feel cramped. Guests availing room service should be advised to let the concerned know that they have eaten - the leftover food/utensils stay outside the rooms which spoils the beautifully maintained pathways between the rooms.
