Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore

Had a great experience, stayed in garden suite which was awesome. Location is excellent right next to MG and Brigade Road. Their F&B is quite good, and their staff is their biggest strength. Every single person I interacted with was very well trained, courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, the facilities also amazing with very helful and nice staff, the rooms comfortable and new. Would definitely stay again here if I was in Bangalore

The rooms are a little small. The location is great but it can be caotic to come and go if there are traffic jams.

Location and a very eager to please subordinate staff

Capacity deficit in service staff, didn’t see any supportive supervision and faulty equipment in the room. On day one the check in was smooth and was told that my luggage will be delivered to the room and we could call the reception if we needed anything. Luggage didn’t arrive and the phone was not working, so had to personally go down to get my luggage. Our phone and tv in the room malfunctioned every single day of our stay there. In the restaurant, it was difficult to even find someone who understood what was lactose intolerance, forget about having an option for lactose free desserts. Certainly didn’t expect this from a 5 star property and that too Hyatt.
