This hotel/club is one of the worst experiences I had. First of all, it has NO wifi, only at the reception area. Second, it says on "Expedia" that it got a GYM!!! guess what? there is no gym!!! it got only one OLD rubbish treadmill, and it is not even working!!!. the place overall is not organized, you would not find your room easily, some one form the reception had to walk you to your room. No parking, anyone from anywhere could come and park there without anyone noticing. The price was too high for this old badly managed hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for any one.

Assistance ( cart) taking bags to the room Quiet room with good beach view. Short walk to the beach. Reasonable breakfast in room with beach views. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just a good words for this resort. Pool is nice and clean,rooms as well. Walking distance to the city centre and 1minute to the sea. All inclusive in May we pay 26e per person and it's definitely worth. Food is brilliant,drinks not really it's just simple ones. At the end it was great stay and huge recommendation!

This was the third time we have stayed at the Hotel. Room splendid, food really good for all/inc, and the drinks were acceptable. Only one gripe, the restaurant was seriously understaffed this time leading to delays for diners having their tables prepared.

This is a huge complex. We were told at the reception that as we booked through Hotels .com they could only offer studios/rooms at the furthest most point away from all facilities; Quite a trek and isolated. We politely complained and after about a 10 min. wait were told that we could have a studio closer. We were happy to accept even though there were no views other than the backs of buildings. We had our own transport and were wanting to explore so sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea was not a requirement. This would not be suitable for everyone. We enjoyed the bkf. and dinner choices in the buffet restaurant that had great views over the sea. The bar was not for us. Large plain hanger of a place with no character, although did attract a lot of people. Other bars and eateries were a short walk away. Pay extra for WiFi in rooms, but having spoken to people who tried this we did not bother as reports were that the signal was not good. WiFi in reception area was good and free. Excellent beach and pool area and we managed several times to walk to Albufeira town and the entertainment "STRIP" in the opposite direction, both along the sand and road. It is a hike but manageable, although there is a bus stop at the top of the steep gradient road from the hotel (200m).

nice hotel ,close to the beach and downtown ,nice food and staff

run down. In off season thought so may be feels better during the summer. Beach was nice however.
