Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Smyrna

The hallways and elevator were hot. The room smelled musty. The linens were dirty and smelly. The floor was dirty. I immediately left 15 minutes after checking in. I will find away to get my money back for sure. They need to shut this place down, remodel it, clean it then open back up. Charging $210 for a dirty room is crazy. The front desk staff was amazing despite the position their employer put them forcing them to have to hear customer complaints.

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times when visiting my sister & her family who live in Smyrna. Very nice place to stay & the both breakfasts were very good and customer service was excellent! We’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.

Go for the food. The service and food are the best part. The night guy - was friendly and helpful. I had to move rooms - either a cat or smokers had left enough of an aroma that I was allergic. In the new room - the phone didn’t work (reported), the water did not get hot, the room was not made up on my two day stay, and when I checked out - the desk attendant informed me that the printer “didn’t like to print”.
