I absolutely loved the fact that I was on the twelfth floor in the corner with two balconies

Maybe a little instruction of what's expected as far as leaving the one bedroom clean when we leave like what is our responsibility to put new towels to go get new towels to go get new lotions or so I did do the dishes that I used, but when I got there, I had no idea where the towels or garbages went, and if it was my duty or someone else's to take it out. So nothing really was wrong that we could've done better.I think just letting people know where the rubbish room and laundry room are right away would be helpful.

Nos pareció un alojamiento increíble. Llegamos algo tarde, cuando el mostrador de recepción ya estaba cerrado, pero tienen un sistema muy cómodo: hay una taquilla donde llamas a un teléfono allí mismo y te dan todas las instrucciones para acceder sin problema. La habitación estaba impecable, muy ordenada y con unas vistas espectaculares. Además, tenía de todo. La cocina es pequeñita, tal y como se ve en las fotos, pero está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar y para cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar durante la estancia. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad del personal. Aunque llegamos fuera del horario de recepción, a la mañana siguiente fueron súper amables con nosotros, nos dieron recomendaciones y estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Otro punto que nos encantó fue ver cómo todos los días, sin excepción, limpiaban toda la zona común: jacuzzi, hamacas e incluso la escalerita de acceso a la playa, quitando la arena y cuidando cada detalle. Ha sido una maravilla y una experiencia única poder disfrutar de un atardecer diferente cada día durante nuestra estancia. Además, todos los días vimos tortugas desde la terraza, nadando en el mar. La ubicación también es muy cómoda, con sitios cerca donde comer o comprar lo que necesites. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

View, location, restaurants next door

Place was only clean once because we requested it. Floor need to be washed, scrub not just dirt smudge with a we mop. Please need deep cleaning. Floors were sticky when we arrived

The view of beach. The sea turtles. The quiet. The blinds. The toiletries. The concierge and excursion selection. Parking.

No substantial bedding. Like a comforter. The 6:15am fire alarm and evacuation that woke us up Sunday may1st. No restaurants
